* fix: Handle special characters in passwords for TableDiff URL parsing Fixes #24164 Replace urlparse with SQLAlchemy's make_url to properly handle special characters (like ']', '[', '@', '#', '!') in database credentials when building connection URLs for the Data Quality TableDiff test.
