Added support for exposing GPUs to docker code executor (#6339) 
The DockerCommandLineCodeExecutor doesn't currently offer GPU support.
By simply using DeviceRequest from the docker python API, these changes
expose GPUs to the docker container and provide the ability to execute
CUDA-accelerated code within autogen.

AutoGen Extensions

AutoGen is designed to be extensible. The autogen-ext package contains many different component implementations maintained by the AutoGen project. However, we strongly encourage others to build their own components and publish them as part of the ecosytem.
