docs: Add a helpful comment to swarm.ipynb (#5145) 
This notebook file is shown in https://microsoft.github.io/autogen/stable/user-guide/agentchat-user-guide/swarm.html#agents.
However, if users copy some codes as it is and run it as a script, an error occurs.
To prevent such a case, I think adding this comment helps most users.

AutoGen Core

AutoGen core offers an easy way to quickly build event-driven, distributed, scalable, resilient AI agent systems. Agents are developed by using the Actor model. You can build and run your agent system locally and easily move to a distributed system in the cloud when you are ready.
