README Synchronization

Creates or updates README.md with beautifully formatted task information.

Argument Parsing

Optional filters:

• "pending" → Only pending tasks
• "with-subtasks" → Include subtask details
• "by-priority" → Group by priority
• "sprint" → Current sprint only
