Seyi Adebajo 6c403f2b82 upgrades dependencies including typescript, ember-cli, ember. and a host of other dependencies. adds $ for legacy sources. adds eslint plugin ember recommended. fixes reported issues in legacy sources. refactors module imports to rfc-176. updates typings. fixes implicit any typings. removes strict function types: ts2.6 adds support for bivariant checking. fixes broken tests. runs updated ember blueprint.
