* Embedding instructions in EmbeddingRetriever

Query and documents embeddings are prefixed with instructions, useful
for retrievers finetuned on specific tasks, such as Q&A.

* Tests

Checking vectors 0th component vs. reference, using different stores.

* Normalizing vectors
