browser(firefox): avoid clobbering scroll requests after scrollIntoViewIfNeeded (#1785) https://github.com/yury-s/gecko-dev/commit/5ef35728fffe3d6ad0ae6f39d04342ad4f69bc28 If there is a pending visual update `AsyncPanZoomController::NotifyLayersUpdated` will override scroll offset set from layout with the visual one.
