feat(test-runner): small changes to Reporter api ( #7709 )
...
- `TestResult.startTime`
- `Suite.location` is optional now
- `Test.status()` renamed to `Test.outcome()` to differentiate against a
`Test.expectedStatus` and `TestResult.status` of the different type.
