docs: Make auth.setup.ts location clearer (#23572) ...

In the documentation, the directories of the other files are clearly
listed, making it clear where they should go, e.g.

- `playwright/fixtures.ts`
- `tests/example.spec.ts`

This applies the same principal to auth.setup.ts.
