fix(content-manager): relations input search not found (#18110)
* Update Relations searchFor to send new optional params

* Update relations.js to accept new optional search operation

* Update relations.js, reduce and default

* Update useRelation.js, change to actual operand

* Update useRelation.js, change _m to _filter

* Update relations.js, change _m to _filter

* Add operator check

* remove template literals

* update test on useRelation
