fix(auto): partition() passes strategy to DOC,ODT (#3278)

**Summary**
Remedy gap where `strategy` argument passed to `partition()` was not
forwarded to `partition_doc()` or `partition_odt()` and so was not
making its way to `partition_docx()`.
